Esther has a proven track record with more than six years’ experience in customer service and administrative support having worked in various capacities with both local and international organizations. Most recently she worked with Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, a German Business School in the Regional Africa Office in Nairobi. In her capacity as Project Assistant, among others, she managed the student exchanges between the Frankfurt Campus and USIU Nairobi Executive MBA program in 2012 – 2015, and was also in charge of organizing and implementing learning events, such as the Summer Academy in Sustainable Energy Finance in Nairobi in 2012 and 2013 in collaboration with the UNEP Centre in Kenya, a 1-week event. Through the various assignments undertaken within the organization, Esther developed excellent skills in administration, relationship management and team collaboration with individuals from within the team and clients across the globe.
