Tobias brings on board more than 25 years of experience. He is currently Director, Global Grants & Programme Finance for World Vision International based out of Washington DC, USA. He has worked on different grass root and senior leadership roles in various countries including Malawi, South Africa, Kenya, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia, USA and has consulted and supported over 90 countries primarily World Vision Offices. In his current role he oversees grants and programme finance across the globe and provides leadership in grant compliance with focus in capacity building, policy formulation, cost proposal, risk mitigation and management as well as ensuring workable programme financial management systems. Tobias has consulted on leadership development programs and Team Building for various local and international NGOs in mainly Africa. Additionally, Tobias has been a motivational speaker in many forums within and outside Africa and has strong passion for leadership development and capacity building. He sits in various high level advisory groups and committees within World Vision at global level and currently serves at Eagles Relief and Development as a trustee. He is an accountant by profession and Executive MBA graduate of Eastern & Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI).
